Helping Suffield Residents Access Mental Health Counseling
SCA is dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of our residents. We understand that seeking professional help can be a significant step towards healing and recovery, but that it can also come with a financial burden.
To help make mental health services more accessible and affordable, we provide subsidies to residents to cover the cost of copays and/or a limited number of mental health appointments.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this program, applicants must:
– Be a resident of Suffield
– Be seeking mental health services from a licensed provider
– Meet income guidelines (as determined by our organization)
– Provide required documentation and information
