Keeping Suffield Residents Right Here…In Their OWN Community!
Suffield Community Aid’s Housing Repair Assistance Program was created to help low-to-moderate income residents obtain necessary home repairs. SCA will fund up to 100% of lifetime maximum of $30,000. If the project costs more than that the homeowner will be responsible to fund any project costs not covered by SCA’s Housing Repair Assistance Program. SCA’s financial assistance will be in the form of a grant and a zero-interest loan secured on the property. The loan is due upon sale of the property and will be reduced/released over time.
Our team is committed to walking you through each step of the application process!
