Food Pantry

SCA Has Two Food Pantries to Support Those Experiencing Food Insecurity

In our indoor food pantry, SCA maintains a variety of food, personal care products and cleaning supplies for Suffield residents in need. Pet food is also available. In the summer months, fresh vegetables from the SCA garden are available as well. Applicants are screened for eligibility, and appointments are scheduled between the hours of 8:00 – 3:30 Monday through Friday.  Eligible residents are able to visit the Food Pantry once per month unless otherwise approved by SCA staff. For residents that are not able to come to our location, food deliveries are available.

Just outside the SCA door, this resource is available to any resident needing urgent food assistance at any time of day.

If you would like to donate items to the Food Pantry a list of needed items can be found here.
